TIOBE 2014年7月编程语言排行榜今天发布，苹果公司的新的编程语言Swift发布一个月内就进入TIOBE指数，名列位置16，前三名则没有变化，C、 Java、Objective-C。TIOBE编程语言社区排行榜是编程语言流行趋势的一个指标，每月更新，这份排行榜排名基于互联网上有经验的程序员、 课程和第三方厂商的数量。排名使用著名的搜索引擎(诸如Google、MSN、Yahoo!、Wikipedia、YouTube以及Baidu等)进行 计算。
该指数可以用来检查你的编程技能是否仍然是最新的或作出什么开始建立一个新的软件系统时，编程语言应采取的战略决策。在TIOBE指数的定义可以在这里找到。

本月变动的指数
This month the following changes have been made to the definition of the index:
Bram Stappers suggested to add the Swift programming language. It entered the TIOBE index at position 16.
Facebook also launched a new programming language recently called Hack. Pablo Ramos Delgado notified us about this fact. Hack is currently at position 68 in the index.
Some clean up has been done thanks to Jesse Ruderman. Percentages have been added to the "21 to 50" list and old trend graphs have been removed from the server.
